This group is developed for teenagers that identify as female ages 13-14 that struggle with social anxiety.

Six-Week Group Therapy

July 23, 2024- Aug 27, 2024

Last day to enroll is July 16, 2024.

• Meet in-person once a week for a 90-minute-long group with 8-12 students

•   Learn about how art can be a coping skill to help increase confidence and decrease anxiety.

• Complete course work through Ink About It therapeutic workbook & keep the book at the end of the course!

• Cost- $487 ($81.16 per 90 minutes plus cost of art materials) Superbill can be provided for billing insurance.
